The victory at Devagiri made Alauddin so ambitious that he aspired to attain the position of Sultan. When Jalaluddin said on Alauddin’s call and left. Then Ahmed refused but did not agree 1296–1314 Alauddin Khilji became Sultan by deceitfully killing his uncle Jalaluddin Khilji. Following are the difficulties Alauddin had to face after his accession to the throne.

Jalaluddin’s widow Malik-i-Jahan placed her second son Qadarkhan on the throne under the name of Ruknuddin Ibrahim. Idiots to Varney Malik-i-Jahan I told the most stupid. Alauddin had to face the revolt of the new Muslims.

Alauddin had to face many difficulties yesterday because of the Mongols. The Mongols continued to attack India from 1296–1305. In 1209, Amar Dawood, the ruler of Drunk Akashisa, attacked and was driven away by Ulkha. The following year the Mongols attacked under the leadership of Saldi. Fur defeated and imprisoned them. In 1299 the Mongols attacked under the leadership of Qutuh Yaz. The Sultan formed the Buddha Committee to counter the attack. Zafar Khan was killed in this war. In 1303 the Mongol invasion took place under the leadership of Tegi. Alauddin built the forts of Punjab, Multan and Sindh to protect the border areas and kept a forced army to protect them.

Alauddin had to face many rebellions. His nephew Atga Khan attempted to assassinate Alauddin to usurp the throne. In the promise, two nephews of Amir Umrao rebelled in Badayun and Awadh and were taken prisoner in Harar. After this Haji Maul revolted and put his own man on the throne of Delhi but Malik Hameeduddin defeated and killed the rebels.

Alauddin, after thinking, decided that there were some main reasons for the rebellion. Alauddin believed that meeting at feasts and festivals increased the closeness of nobles and nobles, which provided an opportunity to plot a rebellion against the Sultan. Therefore, in order to stop the rebellion, Alauddin Khilji imposed strict restrictions on the nobles and chieftains in the court, the supremacy of the state was established on their territory. A ban was imposed on the feasts of the rich, drinking and gatherings. The nobles could not organize social functions without the prior permission of the Sultan. The members of the Intelligence Department kept an eye on him at all times.
